Lena Taylor - Milwaukee vs. Flint: Which city leads on lead?

State Sen. Lena Taylor, one of several candidates for Milwaukee mayor, has taken aim at four-term incumbent Tom Barrett on a series of topics. Among them: Gun crimes, reckless driving and even the end of the city’s residency requirement for its workers -- something Barrett opposed when GOP lawmakers moved to lift it.
